The BBC have created a new app 'Headroom' to help with your mental wellbeing.  Click here to listen to Alex Scott's introduction to the app.  From there you will be able to access the different parts of the toolkit, including soothing music mixes, inspiring films and more.

Anxiety Tools for Parents - if your child is feeling anxious, Mentally Healthy Schools have prepared some tips and resources for you to be able to support them.  Click here for the leaflet and here for the anxiety thermometer.
