Welcome to St. Mary's CE Primary School's website!
We hope you find it both interesting and informative. Our school is a dynamic, welcoming, thriving and aspirational learning community.
St. Mary's CE Primary School is a small village primary school serving the local community of Portbury and the surrounding villages. We also have children on roll who travel from Portishead, Pill and across the Avon Bridge from Bristol.
We are very lucky to have a light and attractive school building and lovely grounds. The original part of the building dates from the 1970s and has been remodelled and extended since then. We have four classrooms, a well equipped kitchen area, a large and light school hall and a library. The outside space includes two playgrounds, a large flat field with an outdoor classroom, willow structures, an activity trail and a hidden gem of a conservation area with a pond. There is a school kitchen on site where meals are prepared daily.
We hope this website provides you with just a glimpse of what makes St Mary's such a vibrant school family to belong to.
